Ayurveda is a healing art and science, based on a 5,000 year old system of medicine. It is one of the world’s most sophisticated and powerful Mind-Body health systems. The science of Ayurveda is based on the principle that everything is connected. By addressing the root problems caused by weak digestion and lack of proper nutrition, we get out of our body’s way, and allow it to heal, returning to its natural state of optimum wellness.

Join Rana Haddadin for a user-friendly Introduction to this ancient wellness practice which is so applicable to our lives today.

This class shows you how to read your body’s signals and become more intuitive about your overall health at this moment in your life. In a world where it’s easy to be overwhelmed by the latest fad diet or food craze, Ayurveda grows your knowledge of the healing properties of foods as they relate to your body and lifestyle.

Ultimately you become your own healer as you understand your own personal health needs more clearly.

In this class, learn about:

  • What it feels like to be truly healthy.
  • The 20 most important medicinal qualities in Ayurveda.
  • Your body and personality tendencies as they relate to the Ayurvedic body types
  • How being in tune with the rhythms of nature affects our good health.
  • How digestion can be the source of your healing and disease.
  • How to read your bodily cues and reverse discomfort whenever you can.
  • Tips to keep your digestion strong.
  • How to eat, When to eat, and What to eat.
  • The components of a fully nutritious and balanced meal.
