Mindfulness Meditation, practiced regularly, has been scientifically proven to positively affect the way the brain processes difficult emotions under stress, and offers us a method for living in the now, and experiencing our lives directly, with greater equanimity and joy.

Join Audrey Walzer, Director of the Camarillo Yoga Center, to learn the fundamentals of non-religious mindfulness meditation, with the structure and support of a group setting. Develop an ongoing personal meditation practice by understanding and cultivating awareness, in seated meditation practice, and in everything we do.

Our program contains reading and meditation practice to do at home, with books, handouts and guided meditation tracks to help you, so if you miss an evening, you will still be able to keep up with the program!   Benefits of the course will be greater if you do make the time for home reading and practice.

All are welcome. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Class credit for another Mindfulness Meditation series will be issued if you cancel within 72 hours of your workshop. There is no refund or credit for cancellation within 72 hours of the workshop.
