This class provides a safe, non-competitive place for girls to enjoy the physical practices of yoga, and learn about breathing and Mindfulness. Planting the seeds of yoga now is a gift that can bear fruit for your daughter both physically and emotionally for the rest of her life.

Yoga Teacher Miranda Rivera was trained by Yoga Center Director, Audrey Walzer, both in Yoga and in Mindfulness. Her background with children also includes being a nanny, and she loves working with young people and children. Miranda’s class is a place where all will feel welcome!

NOTE: To register siblings:

1. Register one child with via “Tween/Teen Girl Yoga Fall Session” (first option)

2. Then, register sibling(s) via “SIBLING DISCOUNT: Tween/Teen Girl Yoga” (second option)
