Please note: This class is by series, not a drop-in class. Girls are welcome to make up missed classes in our adult sessions.

This class provides a safe, non-competitive place for girls to enjoy the physical practices of yoga, and learn about breathing and Mindfulness. Planting the seeds of yoga now is a gift that can bear fruit for your daughter both physically and emotionally for the rest of her life.


Yoga Teacher, Jennifer Gados first discovered yoga in Hawaii in order to develop stamina, strength and balance for surfing. Now back in California and teaching both adults and children in Ventura, we are happy to welcome this joyous teacher to CYC!


Cancellation Policy

Because this is a specialty class, please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel for any reason:

  • 20 days or more before the workshop your fee will be refunded, minus $5 credit card and processing fees.
  • Within 19 days of the workshop you will receive a credit for a future Tween/Teen girls class.
  • Within 7 days of the workshop we cannot refund or issue credit for any reason.
